Winter Tech Retreat COVID-19 Recommendations
The Winter Tech Retreat committee has been monitoring COVID-19 conditions. The health and safety of all attendees is paramount and with the ongoing pandemic and COVID-19 cases
The Winter Tech Retreat is recommending that all participants follow the suggestions below and review CDC guidelines.
Get Vaccinated: We encourage participants to protect themselves and others by receiving the COVID-19 vaccine prior to this event. Currently, we will not require proof of a vaccine to attend the event.
Wear a Mask: Mask wearing is encouraged for all participants while indoors. Attendees shall follow local, state, and CDC guidance as it pertains to mask wearing. This policy is also highly recommended for those who have been vaccinated.
Social Distancing: When possible, stay at least 6 feet away from others during the conference. Common area tables will be spaced accordingly and classroom admittance will be limited to 50 people.
Retreat Cancellation: The Winter Tech Retreat Committee is monitoring COVID- 19 statistics and the policies of the local and state health departments, along with any travel restrictions. Cancelation of this year’s Winter Tech Retreat is possible, given changing conditions. Should the retreat be cancelled due to the pandemic, all who have registered will receive a full refund.
